Member & Leader 1on1 Script

Each Crew Member should have space to talk with WisCorps Crew Leaders about their experience on the crew at least once per week. The preferred method is for Crew Leaders to rotate who will host the 1 on 1s. For example: Crew Leader 1 hosts the 1 on 1s this week, Crew Leader 2 hosts the 1 on 1s the next week, then back to Crew Leader 1 for the third week, and so on. This is a suggested script. There is no need to take notes or write down answers. Feel free to branch off of this script and ask other questions or talk about other topics.
