Leader & Staff 1on1 Script

Crew Leaders will have space to talk with WisCorps staff independently about their experience on the crew at least once every two weeks. Crew Leaders will rotate staff 1on1s with crew member 1on1s. Below is our suggested staff script. Staff and Crew Leaders may have other questions to discuss or may talk about other topics.

• What have the crew projects been the last two weeks?

• Has your crew been taking photos, conducting weekly Crew Member 1on1s, project accomplishments

• How is crew culture? (Crew interaction? Project work? Camp chores? General attitude?)

• Where does your crew need more assistance (in the field or at camp)?

• What has been going really well for the crew?

• What do you think of the current Project Partner / Project Type / Location?

• How can WisCorps staff better serve your crew?

• What has been the best part of your past two weeks?

• Goals (set goals in first 1 on 1s, check in on goals throughout season) (What are your goals? Have you progressed on your goals? How can WisCorps staff help you achieve your goals?)
