Shared Leadership
Project Leader vs. Camp Leader
- Leader assignments will be provided by WisCorps staff supervisors. All leaders will rotate assignments throughout the season. Leaders that stay together will rotate between between assignments, often every two to three weeks.
- Shared leadership is based on the belief that leadership is not confined to a single individual but can be distributed across team members. It enhances crew performance and effectiveness by leveraging the diverse expertise and perspectives of crew mates.
- The best examples of shared leadership are when decision-making gets spread across multiple individuals!
